Yesterday a xserver-xorg update (1.15.1-0ubuntu5)was made; and rebooting today, lightdm have this trouble. (boot with systemd)

This doesn't really look like it's a problem with the greeter, I'd suspect it's lightdm.

Would you mind trying whether you can reproduce the problem with unity-greeter? Thanks!

I've purged lightdm-gtk-greeter on that Utopic i386 installation. So unity-greeter is used instead.
After removal and reboot, that x-0-greeter.log does not exist (only exist the old one updated before the removal). Does not get the error logged in an other place.
