Panel has buggy fonts while using Radiance on Unity 2d

Reproduce:

1) Log into Unity 2d
2) Switch to Radiance theme.

My thought is that it's trying to use the shadowing effects for Ambiance.

@cimi In Unity also looks bad, but not as bad as this one. See bug report 723167

It seems that this is a bug in RGBA anti-aliasing. If you change anti-aliasing to grayscale, the bug disappears.

Anti-aliasing settings can be changed in Ubuntu Tweak or in MyUnity under Fonts section.
