Bug Description

Since Gtk+ 3.3.x and compiz 0.9.7 (both already in precise), Gtk+ allows a different theming for unfocused windows (like Mac OS does).
It greatly improves usability (easier to see the focused window)
It is 100% safe, no crashes (Gtk+ supports that upstream), it's merely CSS
It won't affect documentation, as it won't change the look of the focused windows

Work is almost done, I need to catch up with otto next week, as he's currently out of the office for e sprint.
