In Nautilus and the Software Center, some text selections have black text with orange background

In Nautilus and the Software Center (perhaps also in other applications, but I don't know), some text selections (as those of the images I attached) have black text with orange background (foreground=black and background=orange). It should have white foreground and orange background.

If not understood, I attached some pictures.
