Panel text and icons for Radiance don't look good while in the Dash

Bug Description
I have been testing Oneiric Beta 1 in a virtual machine, and I noticed that if you select the Radiance theme from Appearance and open the Dash, the text and icons in the panel don't fit in well, and it also makes it a little bit harder to read the text (example: the user menu). See attached screenshot.

I am now running Oneiric on my desktop itself, and I must say I am no longer experiencing this issue with the latest updates.
