Right-clicking on any applet on the bottom panel results in a repeatitive "bar" on the menu.

Binary package hint: light-themes
On the bottom panel only, all applets have a repetitive bar-like design when right-clicked. Right-clicking the panel itself doesn't have this problem. Picture attached.
