insensitive menu text is too hard to read

In the light themes that are shipping with maverick, in the Ambiance Beta, the insensitive text in the menu is giving a sunken in effect. However, because the menus are dark, and the text looks even darker, the low contrasts makes it really hard to see. This is a problem especially in the date-time indicator, since the date is shown in insensitive text, and currently it is too hard to read.
