Ligth themes, don't show correctly the panel bar when you increase it size.

Bug Description
Binary package hint: light-themes
When you increment the size of the main panel bar appears a new bar at the bottom of this.
With other themes like "Dust" and "New Wave", it doesn't happens. The bar is displayed correctly regardless of size.
