Bug Description
Binary package hint: light-themes
Using an up-to-date Lucid.
The new scrollbar's arrows don't show any difference with the window background, making it look just as it the window had a huge border on the right side. I think it would be much better if the arrows blended with the scrollbar, instead of the window background.
I'm attaching a screenshot of the scrollbar's current looks, and a quick mockup of what I propose.
