Ambiance and Radiance does not round coreners when windows has 2 buttons

Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-themes
In the new Ambiance theme for Lucid, the minimize button is not rounded when a window only has minimize and close.
Like e.g. the Apport window.
This is also true for Radiance, but in Radiance case, close buttons aren't rounded when a window only has the close button (like an alert)
