Font issues in Zesty: White text on grey background is unreadable

I have a couple of font issues with gitg (version: 3.23.0-1) in Zesty:

- commit description text is white (which is unreadable on light gray background in the default Ubuntu theme)
- diffs are not in monospaced font anymore

Hi. Since you're already monospace issue reported in #1700218, I will concentrate on the white commit description text.

It is broken using both Ambiance and Radiance, see screenshot. The title of the commit text looks okay, but the description text is unreadable (note that not all commits have a description).

Actually I cannot reproduce this problem with

dpkg -l | grep light-themes
ii light-themes 16.10+17.10.20170518-0ubuntu1 all Light Themes (Ambiance and Radiance)

could you report the light-theme version on your machine?

I have the latest Zesty version, which is 16.10+17.04.20170406-0ubuntu1 at the moment.

not reproducible on 16.10+17.10.20170518-0ubuntu1

I confirm that installing light-themes_16.10+17.10.20170817-0ubuntu1_all from Artful fixed the white-on-white issue (the monospace issue described also in #1700218 still remains).
