selected_fg_color is rendered incorrectly on login

Bug Description

Attached screens so -
wrong.png is what is seem from indicator menu from fresh start or log in (at the default for ambiance
right.png shows it corrected, done by just running -
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface gtk-color-scheme ""

Can be seen a bit more obviously by changing the selected bg & fg
After changing with -
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface gtk-color-scheme "selected_bg_color:#D3B37D;selected_fg_color:#3c3b37"
From a fresh start or login, - displayed incorrectly

re- running the gsetting command after log in corrects

fixed with either light-themes 0.1.90-0ubuntu1 & or gtk3-engines-unico 1.0.2+r139-0ubuntu2
