Bug Description
I am using a flaky (mobile) network, sitting in a moving commuter train, actually.
I update a liferea feed and find items I have not yet read.
Without my knowing it yet (or my computer/network manager knowing it yet, for that matter), the network connection collapses.
I click on the item to read it. I have liferea configured to show the content internally, but I don't think that matters.
The content can not be loaded, due to the network outage.
I have not read the content.
Expected outcome: The corresponding feed item is not marked "read", but remains in "unread" state.
Outcome seen: The corresponding feed item is mared "read", even though I have not read it yet.
