Bug Description

Hello liferea developers,

I also sent an email about this problem to your mailing list.

I'd recently reinstalled liferea, and since then the news bin doesnt keep feed items, it deletes them every time I end the liferea session. in previous installs this wasn't the case.

could you please help me solve it?

many thanks,

regards,

Jamro

Hi punjabi,

We are missing all relevant information to be able to investigate this
bug. Could you please run
apport-collect 1334558
on the same system where you experience this issue? It will make sure
that the minimal information that we need is attached to this bug report.

another way I can retrieve and post a bug report to launchpad?

thank you,

Yes, it is possible, but don't know it by heart. I did a little bit of
web-searching but I couldn't find the right commands in the time I
wanted to spend on it. So, either you try to find the commands yourself,
look at other bugs to see what information is provided and try to
collect the bits and pieces, run apport-collect anyways.

punjabi,

We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some time ago and there have been many changes in Ubuntu and Liferea since that time.

Do you still see a problem related to the one that you reported on a currently supported release of Ubuntu? Please let us know if you do as I cannot replicate the problem using Ubuntu 18.04 and Liferea 1.12.2.

If we do not hear from you this bug report will expire in approximately 60 days time.

Thank you for helping make Ubuntu better.
