Bug Description
I gad just started using Liferea on a fresh install. I was using a feedlist.opml file from another computer of the exact same OS and liferea version. For some reason Liferea hung then crashed and the podcasts enclosures that were being downloaded all continued and they were all owned by the init process. A "killall wget" will stop the processes but its too bad that you have to resort to this measure. I realize this is very possible with spanned wget processes. Anyway, just wanted to note the issue.
Example of runaway wget processes:
samurai 8792 1 0 20:14 ? 00:00:00 wget -q -O /home/sam/
samurai 8793 1 0 20:14 ? 00:00:00 wget -q -O /home/sam/
samurai 8794 1 0 20:14 ? 00:00:00 wget -q -O /home/sam/
samurai 8795 1 0 20:14 ? 00:00:00 wget -q -O /home/sam/
