Bug Description

Binary package hint: licq

When trying to connect to the icq network with licq 1.3.5 (i.e. the current version) an error "unknown sign-on error: 0x1c" is raised and connection fails.
The error is known and an upstream patch exists:

This bug is probably related to similar problems in other icq clients (e.g. bug #244591)

Paclkage: licq
Description: Ubuntu 8.04.1
Release: 8.04
