Bug Description

Upstream provides the CMake Config files (https://github.com/facebook/zstd/blob/dev/build/cmake/zstdConfig.cmake), but Debian/Ubuntu package is missing them. For comparison, Homebrew on macOS ships them, and so does vcpkg (https://github.com/microsoft/vcpkg/blob/dd3d6df5001d49f954bc39b73a4c49ae3c9e8d15/ports/zstd/portfile.cmake#L39)

Please consider adding them.

Looks like fixed at least in mantic.
