Bug Description

The 64bit time_t changes for gnat-13 didn't make it for the 24.04 LTS release. These were prepared upstream in https://gcc.gnu.org/PR114065, and backported locally to the GCC 13 and GCC 14 packages.

These are almost all no-change rebuilds are prepared in the ubuntu-toolchain-r/gnat PPA using the proposed toolchain packages from the ubuntu-toolchain-r/ppa PPA.

Three packages were backported from noble, no new upstream versions, just Debian release updates. These are: gprbuild, libflorist and libgtkada.

There are many autopkgtest failures here. ubuntu release management just issued a mass-retrigger for stable releases, due to some issues in the infrastructure from the test which may have caused incorrect test results, so perhaps let's wait a day or two and recheck.

That being said, this sounds like it's a special SRU, and should be driven by who uploaded and accepted it, since they will have most context about in which order things should happen.

this fails with an uninstallable gprbuild, which also wasn't built in the release pocket. The ada stack isn't build for i386.

libalog/0.6.2-5build1 (s390x)
libgnatcoll-db/23.0.0-6build1 (s390x)

these passed in the meantime.

also all other autopkg test failures mentioned in earlier commits passed in the meantime.

Note, this SRU has to go together with LP: #2073389.
