Bug Description
Test `tshark` seems to fail [1] because a warning unexpectedly appears on stderr.

It should be good to understand the warning and if it is OK to live with, add "allow-stderr" in debian/

Wireshark has been built with libxml2 2.12, which did not migrate yet to the release pocket.
