 This does not seem to be a problem in the libxext package. The error message indicates that apt-get failed to download the file from a mirror server "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx". Please report the problem to the administrator of "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx". You can try to use an official Ubuntu archive mirror to see if that solves the problem.
