libxcomposite-dev is not Multi-Arch compatible

Bug Description

This is an old bug since 2012, upstream bug report:

Tested on Xenial, when trying to install libxcomposite-dev:i386, the 64bit version will be removed:

$ sudo apt-get install libxcomposite-dev:i386
Reading package lists... Done

Reading state information... Done

The following NEW packages will be installed:
  libxcomposite-dev:i386 libxcomposite1:i386

This bug was fixed in the package libxcomposite - 1:0.4.4-2

libxcomposite (1:0.4.4-2) unstable; urgency=low

  [ Julien Cristau ]
  * Mark libxcomposite-dev as Multi-Arch: same (closes: #689082). Hopefully
    the docbook-generated manpage won't be too unpredictable. (LP: #1657385)
