Bug Description
Please sync libxcb 1.3-2 (main) from Debian unstable (main).
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
We had two changes:
1) Disable nagle on tcp (fixed upstream in 1.3)
2) Use Breaks instead of Conflicts for libxcb-xlib0 (fixed in Debian)
Also, this sync will fix a FTBFS for xcb-utils which expects a libxcb built against xcb-proto 1.5
Changelog since current karmic version 1.2-1ubuntu2:
libxcb (1.3-2) unstable; urgency=low
* Revert the libxcb-randr SONAME bump, which was accidental.
* Add symbols files for all libraries, to help us catch ABI changes.
* Use debhelper 7 and get rid of cdbs, reducing build time by a lot.
* Tighten the glob in *.install files to catch SONAME changes.

Hi mterry,
Please attach the output of `lspci -vvnn`, and attach your /var/log/Xorg.0.log (and maybe Xorg.0.log.old) file from after reproducing this issue. If you've made any customizations to your /etc/X11/xorg.conf please attach that as well.
