Bug Description

With desktop effects enabled, I am unable to drag windows between virtual desktops using the desktop switcher applet. After turning off desktop effects, I am able to drag windows between the workspaces using the workspace switcher applet.

Running Gutsy Gibbon updated to August 15.

This is caused by poor support for viewports in the applet.
