Bug Description
New windows appear to the left instead of the right on the gnome
taskbar/window list. Open up nautlius with a few other apps open,
then open Firefox or Opera. These all open correctly the right while
Nautilus opens to the far left.
In hoary, nautilus and gnome-terminal also open minimized for some
reason.

the current situation is that the new apps are on the right but nautilus is
already running when you open a window and is listed on the left.
