libvorbis out of date

As per http://xiph.org/press/ and http://downloads.xiph.org/releases/vorbis/ libvorbis 1.2.0 is now over two years old.

It's lacking in features such as ov_read_filter that are starting to see use, and as such, it's incompatible with software making use of those features.
