just purge hold libs first before install update/upgrade (i used update-manager !)
sudo apt autoclean
sudo apt clean
sudo apt autoremove --purge
with update manager you have the problem with command line not if you purge hold lib. & .config first
if problem with lvm2 (like me...) or with libvirt- daemon- system uninstall "packets errors" purge clean autoclean autoremove and reinstall them again
no error now
