VLC Video playback doesn't fit to window

Bug Description

Hi!

I can't explains more reason for this bug, let the picture , and the vlc log say.
And my computer performance is slow with it.

Bug in libvdpau-va-gl1 which is supposed to be fixed in 0.4.0.
