Setting an emblem changes the background color

Bug Description
When setting an emblem on a launcher, unity's intelligent background color choosing alters the background color based on the emblem. Hiding the emblem later doesn't alter the color back to what it was before setting the emblem. So either the background color shouldn't be altered at all, or if that is intentional, we should reset it when the emblem is hidden.
