Unity webapps do not support Notifications

Unity webapps do not support notifications, which is claimed to be one of their main purposes.

- When Gmail webapp is open, and a new email arrives in inbox, there is no NotifyOSD event.
- Same thing for Facebook or Google+ (for messagees and chat messages).

Also true for 13.04. I have two google apps gmail accounts and no notifications appear for incoming mail, whether gmail web page is open or not.

Also true for Ubuntu 14.04. No notifications from Firefox.
