latest update Quantal, located in China, when click on the icon on unity's launcher of Amazon will bring you to amazon.cn.

Thanks for the feedback ZhengPeng. That functionality is as designed, it take you to the local Amazon store (based on your Geo IP).

Can you explain why that is not working for you?

We Canadian users of Kindles have a similar problem.

Amazon Canada does not provide us access to the Amazon Kindle book store. For that we have to go to amazon.com.

99% or more of my use of Amazon is to buy books from the Kindle store. So going to amazon.ca is kind of pointless.

This problem seems to now be resolved by two circumstances, at least for me as a Canadian user:

1. Amazon Canada now provides access to the kindle store, so there isn't as much need to visit Amazon.com
2. the app now (in 13.10) takes me to amazon.com

So it may be ok to mark this as "fix released"...
