this happened when doing sudo apt update / sudo full-upgrade. package libu2f-host couldn't get installed.

An official Ubuntu package has a conflict with a package from a PPA (libu2f-host0 1.1.5-1~ppa1~bionic1), this is not something we the developers of Ubuntu can resolve. You should uninstall the PPA package and try the package operation again.
