Bug Description
Exposing 'alternatenames' would allow users to search over names for cities in their own language (something useful for ubiquity, system settings, and unity8's oobe wizard).

(Although it'd still be hard to know which name to actually display as the canonical name of the city -- ideally we'd show the matched name, but that could be hard. I wish cities15000.txt noted which language each alternate name is in.)
