* debian/watch: use metacpan-based URL.
* New upstream release. Closes: #655037
* Switch to "3.0 (quilt)" source format.

Don't install README anymore.

perl (included in perl core).
* debian/copyright: switch formatting to Copyright-Format 1.0.

* Add a patch to fix a typo in the POD.
