Server crashes if package is loaded in apache2 start

After update to Ubuntu 12.04 i get the following error in my syslog:
kernel: [­…] /usr/sbin/apach[24674]: segfault at ­… error 14 in libxml2.so.2.7.8[b6c98000+147000]
if I use 'Text::Aspell' in any module which is loaded in apache2 start with 'PerlModule'

Strangly if I compile it only if needed nothing crashes
