libssh-doc contains an empty doxygen html documentation

The doxygen documentation (/usr/share/doc/libssh-doc/html/index.html) is empty, on the index.html isn't any content.

After some troubleshooting, this seems to be related to the fact length of the INPUT parameter of doxy.conf

it seems that there is some kind of undocumented limit

generating the Doxygen documentation from libssh-0.4.5.tar.gz from the libssh page with doxygen-1.7.3-6ubuntu1 works without problems (only few warning).

The real cause has been fixed in 0.5.1-1 in debian, I guess the package should be synced, but we are in feature freeze now

This bug was fixed in the package libssh - 0.5.2-1
