missing helper modules for Spreadsheet::Read

Spreadsheet::Read is essentially a dispatcher module that provides an interface to other perl modules that read spreadsheet, as described in the module's man page.

Of these modules Spreadsheet::XLSX and Text::CSV_XS are available in packages libspreadsheet-xlsx-perl and libtext-csv-xs-perl (see also libtext-csv).

Unfortunately, Spreadsheet::ReadSXC seems not to be available as an ubuntu package.

This is a feature request to add a module containing Spreadsheet:ReadSXC (or, alternatively, to fix the module documentation with a statement that reading sxc files is not supported under ubuntu).
