libsoup-gnome2.4-1:i386 is not installable in current precise 64bit

Not sure if it is a bug in libsoup2.4, libsoup-gnome2.4 or repository setup but currently ia32-libs metapackage is not installable in Precise. Looks like a version mismatch.

# apt-get install libsoup-gnome2.4:i386
