  * Update Vcs-* fields: Source moved to Salsa.
  * Declare compliance with Debian Policy 4.1.4.
  * Use tracker.debian team email as Maintainer.
    Closes: Bug#899587. Thanks to Christoph Biedl.
  * Update watch file: Add usage comment. Use substitution strings.
  * Update package relations:
    + Stop build-depend explicitly on recent dpkg-dev:
      Needed version satisfied even in oldstable.
    + Relax to build-depend unversioned on d-shlibs:
      Needed version satisfied even in oldstable.
  * Tighten lintian overrides regarding License-Reference.
  * Update copyright info: Extend coverage of Debian packaging.
