Crashes e17, fixed with 2.16.1

Bug Description

Have found that the 2.16.0 version has a nasty little rendering bug with e17. Please update the package to 2.16.1 to fix the problems!

One user from the e17 lists said: "I installed http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/librsvg/2.16/librsvg-2.16.1.tar.gz and now I do not segfault anymore. I also installed via apt-get libgsf-1-dev and libcroco3-dev as the configure script in librsvg suggested that was a good idea. "
