Image ratio ignored

In contrary to Inkscape, in Firefox images ratio within SVG is always conserved, even when specifying width and height.

In Jaunty, with rsvg (eye of gnome), the following example is not even rendered.

could you add the example to the bug so it stays available there and don't rely on your website? the bug is a GNOME one and should be sent to their bugzilla too

The image in comment #5 does not render at all with Firefox, rsvg-view or eog, due to the linked images not being available, due to the relative hyperlinks. Even if the hyperlinks were absolute, I'm not sure if rsvg-view and eog can use HTTP.

Going back to the original bug description and using the image on the reporter's website, I can still reproduce this bug with Firefox 3.6.9+build1+nobinonly-0ubuntu1 on Ubuntu 10.10 "Maverick Meerkat" alpha 3 updated to the latest versions of Firefox, libcairo2 and libpixman-1-0. My librsvg2-2 version is 2.31.0-0ubuntu1.

This is still occurring in Firefox 24.0+build1-0ubuntu0.13.04.1 on Ubuntu 13.04 "Raring Ringtail".
