Cannot maximize libreoffice-calc in second monitor

Bug Description

Even though libreoffice-calc is on the seccond monitor, If I maximize it, it maximizes in the primary monitor. When you maximize / restore an application, it should remain in the same monitor as it currently is.

I cannot reproduce this using Unity r2249.

I have confirmed that this is still an issue with Impress.
