This seems to be introduced by:

which adds sync_extensions calls (using unopkg) in preinst, so we would need to pre-depend on libreoffice-core (and with it ure etc.) there.

It seems that can be solved changing repositories to that which starts by: http://archive.ubuntu.com.
It can be a problem with repositories.
