3) What is expected to happen in Writer via the Terminal:
cd ~/Desktop && wget https:/
save as .rtf and the .rtf file is similar in file size as the .odt (351.6 KB).
4) What happens instead is the .rtf is 9.5 MB.
For a comparison, Word 2010 converts the file into a 7.2 MB .rtf: https:/
