Bug Description
During my upgrade from oneiric to precise, I got the error message in the attached screen capture. The package also told me that I'd changed a shell script as well, and offered to attach THAT to this bug (and I accepted).
It was the only interruption in my cross-distro upgrade, and I almost never run libreoffice. Maybe half a dozen times in the 3-year history of this laptop.

The file attached does not differ from the one expected. Has there anything tweaked the file permissions in /etc, or something? Some backup solution.
FWIW, this bug is very unique -- it hasnt happened elsewhere AFAIK.
