Bug Description
I've just upgraded to Precise and during the process I was presented with a dialogue warning me that LibreOffice couldn't be upgraded. When I completed the installation and rebooted, I tried to install libqt4-dev and got the following response

You might want to run 'apt-get -f install' to correct these:
The following packages have unmet dependencies.
libqt4-dev : Depends: libqt4-help (= 4:4.7.4-1ubuntu6) but it is not going to be installed
libreoffice-
libreoffice-calc : Depends: libreoffice-core (= 1:3.5.0~
libreoffice-common : Breaks: libreoffice-core (< 1:3.5~) but 1:3.4.4-0ubuntu1 is to be installed

E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt-get -f install' with no packages (or specify a solution).
Just from reading this it seems to me that two pieces of the apt dependency chain between the archive and my computer have become de-synced. I've tried following the advice given in the apt-get output, but only get this:

My package manager is effectively knocked out until this can be resolved. Any ideas what I can do at my end?
