3) What is expected to happen in LibreOffice Writer via the Terminal:
cd ~/Desktop && wget -c https:/
File -> Save As -> File Type: Microsoft Word 2007/2010 XML (.docx) -> Save button is the file saves successfully.
4) What happens is LO consistently crashes.
Still reproducible in Xubuntu.
