record/track changes data not redable by Microsoft Word when document saved as a doc file

Bug Description
To reproduce this bug:
1. Obtain a doc file (Microsoft Word format)
2. Open the doc file in LibreOffice Writer
3. Click on Edit -> Changes -> Record
4. Make changes to the text
5. Save file as a doc file (I used Word XP file format)
6. Open file in Microsoft Word
7. Notice that changes to not appear when Word opens the file that was edited in LibreOffice

DrKay, thank you for reporting this bug and helping make Ubuntu better. Could you please attach the .doc file exported from Word and before being opened in LibreOffice, that when changes are recorded, saved and opened in Word, demonstrates this problem? Could you please provided specific, step-by-step changes that you recorded?
