Bug Description

Binary package hint: libreoffice

When creating a new database connection in Base, the user is given the question of having the wizard "register the database in LibreOffice". Despite having worked with databases for more than 10 years, upon seing this question, I had absolutely no idea what it meant. This ought to be explained better.

tdn, thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping to make Ubuntu better. Examining the information you have given us, this does not appear to be a bug report so we are closing it and converting it to a question in the support tracker. We understand the difficulties you are facing, but it would make more sense to raise problems you are having in the support tracker at https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu if you are uncertain if they are bugs. I do not believe this is a support question. I am not asking what the registration means. I am reporting this as a bug and I still believe it is a bug. A usability bug, but nonetheless a bug. I also think that it should be fixed. We need a good office usable suite like LibreOffice if we want bug #1 to be closed (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1).
