libreoffice-writer: comments in footer are shown on top of the page

As described above. The comments should be shown close to the footer and not on the top of the page. I will attach a screenshot to clarify what I mean.

However, the changes you are requesting aren't really a bug and require more discussion, which should be done on an appropriate mailing list or forum. http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/ might be a good start for determining which mailing list to use.

Have you seen the screenshot? The comment out of the footer is positioned higher than the one out of the top the page! From my point of view this is a bug!

It's still an issue in the actual libreoffice 3.6.0.2.
