I can not enable toolbar editing forms in libreoffice database

Binary package hint: libreoffice
I am trying to edit a form in libreoffice database, but, I do: I go to "see" menu then "toolbar", and finally I choose anyone, but nothing happens, it is suposed that a toolbar has to appear on the screen.
I have updated to kubuntu 11.04 with libreoffice since 4 days ago. To solve this problem is so important for my company because we work on libreoffice databases.
